This tool was built specifically for Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center and Cafeteria Kids Theater auditions. It isn’t a general chatbot and it doesn’t search the internet freely. It only knows what we specifically gave it: how to choose or evaluate an audition song, how to prepare sheet music, and what to expect on audition day. It can’t tell you exact audition dates, times, or locations, since those can change, so for that information it will always point you to our official audition pages.

This tool runs on Playlab, a platform built for schools that follows FERPA and voluntarily complies with COPPA, the federal law protecting children’s privacy online. It does not share conversations with AI companies for training, and it does not keep information longer than needed to provide the service.

The tool will never ask for a singer’s full name, address, phone number, school, birthdate, or any other personal information. It doesn’t need any of that to help with song selection or audition prep. If it ever asks for something like that, please let us know, that isn’t supposed to happen.

This tool is here to make preparing for an audition feel a little less overwhelming. It doesn’t make casting decisions and it doesn’t speak for the directors, it’s simply a resource to help every singer walk in feeling ready.
